24th July is International Security Officers Day. Whether they are securing commercial premises or buildings, providing assistance to those in need, reporting suspicious behavior, controlling access points, maintaining safety of crowds, transporting valuables or serving as a community liaison officer, these men and women are supporting us in our daily lives. These men and women are Security Officers. In spite of recent challenges, we acknowledge the positive contribution the overwhelming majority of security officers continue to make across the globe and recognise the important role they play to keep our communities safe. #thankyousecurityofficers
